Returns & Exchanges
At DraculaClothing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gothic attire; if a garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Carefully fold the garments and place them back in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Send your package using a tracked shipping service to our returns center; please retain your tracking number until the return is processed.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5 business days.
